Aktiv ASPAC team took a short break from the daily pace of work and headed to Khao Yai for our annual team trip, together with our colleagues from TGC Asia and e-tgcinsure in December last year.

More than just a getaway, the trip was an opportunity to step away from screens, schedules, and deadlines - and reconnect as people, not just colleagues.

For many in the team, the trip marked a number of firsts.
For some, it was their first time visiting Khao Yai.
For others, their first company trip, first time travelling with colleagues, or even their first time slowing down without work interruptions in between.

From shared meals and outdoor activities to simple conversations during walks and downtime, these moments created space for connection beyond work roles and responsibilities. The trip reminded us that strong teams are built not only through collaboration at work, but also through shared experiences that build trust and understanding.

At Aktiv ASPAC, our work requires clarity, coordination, and close teamwork. Taking time away together allowed the team to reset, reflect, and return with renewed energy and perspective - something that directly strengthens how we work together every day.

As we head back into our routines, we do so refreshed, more connected, and better aligned as a team.

Sometimes, stepping away is exactly what helps us move forward stronger.
